Wisconsin Lawmakers and Bureaucrats: “More Studies”

In the surreal though-the-looking glass world of State politics, endless “studying” of a subject in the Madison virtual world substitutes for action. It is always safer to engage in the mindless monkey-motion of “comprehensive planning” (that by its nature will never be completed), rather than commit to building that sorely needed nuclear plant or replace the Wisconsin State video network with more efficient commercial Internet access.
